STREET SOCIAL WORKER SERVICE
The aim of street social work is to help those people,groups and individuals who are staying on the street and who are distrustful with institutional care,with the primary aim to save their life and integrate them into the society.
Street social service works in the organisational framework of daytime warmer.
Field of activity: The city of Szombathely,except in times of crisis care, when it concerns the area of Vas County.

Receiving announcements,
looking for the service taker
The announcements about the service takers of SAVARIA REHAB-TEAM can be made orally (personally or on the phone) or in written by the colleague in charge.It is the task of the colleague at information desk to fill in the information sheet.
Providing information tasks
It is the street social workers task to inform the service taker about the services offered and about the other opportunities ofFered by SAVARIA REHAB-TEAM NONPROFIT LTD, about his or her rights (how he or she can get shelter, food, medical care or government support, etc.)
Contact
The relationship between service takers and the social worker can take place in a contractual and non-contractual format.
Non-contractual relationships
Tasks to be fulfilled in the framework of contacting-accompanying relationship:
· Information about the services of the ltd.
· Infoming, enquiry about the current situation of the service taker
· Fulfilling tasks about dimininshing the negative impacts
· Buying medicines
· Calling an ambulance
· Offering food or in some cases tinned food or any other edible food
· Offering night shelter opportunity
· Providing information about entitlements
· Offering warm clothes and bedsheets
· Offering the chance for a contractual relationship
Contractual relationships
Contractual relationship is established if the service taker and the social worker stipulate a contract(agreement) for a givebn period of time.
The stuipulation of the contract can take place orally and in written, but a contractual relationship can only be made among office conditions.
Contractual relationship can be established for:
· administrative issues
· employment
· case management
Crisis intervention
Crisis intervention takes place if the resources of the service taker have been exhausted and he is unable to solve any of his problems.
